Vitamin B1 (thiamin)
Thiamin is the trivial designation of a specific compound, 3-(4-amino-2-methylpyrimidin-5-ylmethyl)-5-(2-hydroxyethyl)-4-methylthiazolium, which is sometimes also called vitamin B1.
